The first year in real estate can be rewarding for those that can set objectives, gather information to support and find resources to meet them. When a new agent that I coach doesn't have objectives, information or resources it's a red flag. Being a fresh face in a new career and office overwhelms the majority of we call the future of real estate.

With the growing ranks of new agents, the competition is getting tough. Do your new agents have the support from you, a mentor or your company to find real estate sales rewarding? Here are some tips to jump start new agents.

Set objectives through a business plan.

·Be realistic.

-Set attainable goals to motivate and reward yourself.

·Develop three-month, six-month and twelve-month goals.

-Look short-term the first year to minimize stress.

Help My Jeep will not start - Jeep Cherokee Trouble Shooting

If you split out into two categories:

1) The motor does not turn over - the starter is not running

O

2) The engine cranks but will not fire and run.

This article is the first cause. If you turn fire engine, but did not see my other items.

Start by checking the battery voltage. Most Jeeps have a voltmeter on the dashboard. If the voltage is low - below 10 volts, check the following:

1 Punch to see if there is aCause the battery to run. If the traffic lights? Doors left open or other power draining accessories to the left? If so, go to start unloading and jumper cables with a charged battery from another vehicle.
2 If there were no excess energy drain, check the condition of the battery cable. Remove the cable from the poles of the battery and clean the contacts. Also check the cable connection grounded to the body.
3 If the battery cables are clean andgood contact and the voltage is still low, make sure that the alternator is working properly.
4 If the battery still does not start the Jeep to replace the battery.

If the battery voltage is normal, but still the engine does not turn, is the most common cause of the safety interlocks. On an automatic transmission, there is a Neutral Safety Switch (NSS), which can only start the engine to idle or park. The contacts in the NSS can corrode and cause the switchmalfunction. Move the lever back and forth while you start the key. Often the movement through the switch is a place that still works. The NSS can be disassembled and cleaned or simply replaced by a new unit.

If the NSS is working properly, but the starter still does not turn, you may need to be a starter or bad solenoid. The starter motor and solenoid valve are replaced as a unit on the Cherokee XJ. But before buying a choke parts, check the wiring on theGoodwill and the power to trigger the solenoid. Often these connections can loosen or dirt through the rigors of off-road driving. Some people have reported that the teams will be disassembled and cleaned in order to solve the problems, but I have not tried this method.
